Indeed. Both the south west and south east corners of Y+G have wonderful little buildings on them. I imagine the old theatre on the north east corner, was probably nice as well, back in the days before it was ruined.

The building you've posted appears to be 30 odd stories. There are thousands of 30 story buildings as bad as that all over the western world. And a few dozen of them are found in the GTA. But Aura is 78 stories! My point was about the way in which developments of that size should aspire to...
