Could be a floor or two off with this one... Timing worked out well to show the progress over two (!!) years.... April 28, 2022 to April 29, 2024 has seen a sizeable jump.

This is correct! Diagrams are hard to do with a one month old and a full-time job but I will try to continue the one's already started. Unfortunately too late to join in on this one!

Not that I should be surprised, but this being the Concord Cityplace "crown jewel" to cap off the work is...not good. Big yuck of a building.

Gonna take me a few tries to get the cladding right but it's full speed ahead with that transfer slab complete... (also may need to brave the Toronto Documents website to update the architectural plans as these may be too short!).

I've been a little busy with life and work but it's looking like we'll have some good angles to support a diagram on this one (albeit very far apart...we're adding a family member in a few weeks 😬). Keep the photos coming!

While it's purely aesthetic, that grid pattern adds so so so much to this build. Great massing, hits the street well and pops on the skyline. More HP!

Hyatt could use a bit of a wash. Pretty cool view...despite quite a few darker towers there's a nice enough mix here.

Time to update my diagram...

This building will definitely look better when it's dark enough out that I can't see it.
