I'm looking around for new townhouse. There're some pretty decent townhouse built by Monarch at the north west corner of Elgin Mills and Woodbine. The closing day is sometimes summer next year. What do you guys think about that area? The price is around 410k now for a 2500 sq ft 3 storey...
