Took this nighttime West facing picture back in January from The Yards.

Not sure why so many are complaining about the look of these buildings. I like how they turned out and they go well with the surrounding buildings.

Looks like occupancy has been pushed out to September 2014 (from June).

It's pretty close to the highway.

The building and location look nice.

Lately I've been filling up at Costco. The car I drive requires premium so I save about 12-13 cents per liter. Depending on the time of day there could be a wait so I try to go on off hours.

What do you guys think of this development? It looks like a very nice location and the prices seem reasonable.
