    My unit is facing north and I find the temperature to be perfect without putting on the heat, it's usually 21.5 or 22 degrees in my unit. My hydro bill is only about $30-$35 a month.

I don't have any numbers but if I were to guess I'd say the average condo is worth about 300k , and the average house is worth about 500k, I'm probably off on the exact numbers but probably not by much.
