Did anyone else get the letter regarding the strike? Looks like the move in dates for P2 are pushed back another 2 months because of the elevator/drywallers union strike.

From afar the tower looks alright, but once you're up close to it the tower really looks like crap. And you're right, the patches look horrible.

Hi JTri, I'm in P2 as well...but on the 10th floor. What floor are you on? In terms of colour selection were you given a website to go to like the P1 people? Also is it the same package choices they were given? Thanks!

Teksavvy is awesome...Been with them about 3 years. No difference in speed, cheaper, plus I get a truly unlimited package. Since it's rogers network your internet will go down whenever Rogers customers in your area are down, so there's no difference there either.

So Rob Phallus doesn't work for his own company anymore?

Could you please elaborate a little on this? I don't want the carpet installed either but was under the impression we had to have it put in. When did you ask them to do this? Thanks

At this point the waiting game continues...but can anyone tell me what the quality of this builder's projects is like? How are the brownstones or the foundry lofts? I've seen the pictures but was hoping someone who has been in them could let me know.

P2'er Here on the 10th floor... I got my new occupancy date of September 18th 2013 in the mail today.

I was looking on other message boards, and the owners of brownstones are having major problems with Rob Falus and the builders. Shoddy materials, houses still incomplete. Sounds like a little bit of a nightmare. Let's hope we don't all have the same issues.
