Yes, build quality is meh. Most of the builders here are pretty mediocre at best. You have a few really good ones and then the rest are disappointing. And the buyer pays a premium for crap.

Lack of poured concrete/block between units is concerning.

Looking pretty good so far. Red brick and black framed windows are an auto thumbs up.

Honestly, they don't need much in order to give you occupancy. July 25th is possible but who wants their home to be rushed like that?

That area looks lightyears better than what it used to. The building itself is on par with what's getting built in the area. Wish they could have stepped it up a bit but here we are.

Building code needs to be ammended. Enough of this wood frame construction for housing that shares walls. Way too much sound transfer for the money paid. Poured concrete or concrete block between units should be mandatory for any unit that shares a wall.
