I share your sentiments. They can be gaudy and over priced though, there is a market for that, mostly tourist. It's good for the area. Think about when they build the new bowling lanes, that ugly building could become a bit of a tourist attraction. 😂

I think both the Bay Street and Balmuto Street facades turned out really well, specially the signage. It's Bloor facing addition that looks forced.

The podium units look like fish bowls. You can see into the units and they look very sloppy with all sorts of furniture and stuff up against the windows. It's real shame.

I wonder who would want to buy one of units facing the building next to it. Zero privacy. I would assume those units are going for as lot cheaper.
