Does anyone know why they don't finish building this? Are they scared of not having any interest from tenants or why has it been sitting essentially abandoned for so long?

This may be one of the worst buildings built in recent history. The most recent rendering with the yellow accents was nice. It looks like a shipping container right now so really hoping that they add some colour or nice finishes of some sort because as of right now it is actually atrocious. The...
