Few weeks ago I emailed KSV as well regarding the deposit return they didn't give me any details which you mentioned and said they don't have anything to do with it and asked me to contact with Trisura or MNP. Do you think there is a trust issue between the lawyers and KSV or some legality...

Most likely they are waiting for Canada post to resolve their issues or waiting for them to go on strike again and they can blame on Canada post. I am not receiving any mails from last two weeks from Canada posts not even the flyers is this happening to anyone?

I received the similar reply and I don't see any complexity in the process.I don't understand if someone can shed light on it, that we were told our deposit are in the trust so why they are waiting funds to be received from funding parties?

KSV said they don't have anything to do with it, contact Trisura or MNP. Trisura asked to check back in 3 - 4 weeks because they are still processing but in final stages

Not going forward with the new APS, new price is the current market price and there is no surety if the project will be completed in 2027, if I am to wait till 2027 and the project will be cancelled then I have to few more years to get the deposit back

I think they are looking for investors not buyers, when I called them she tried to convince me to agree on new APS as an investment

I was told couple of months when they receive all the APS, they will be going to the court for the approvals and from there on we will be notify how to get your deposits back through tarion.
