Remember that they are taking the current portion of RSD on a week to week basis. Thus, if people like you and others notice a similar level of activity for at least a week, that means that no matter what the RSD is progressing to the next milestone That's my copium anyways haha 💀

Why can't we ever get any fast tunnelling progress for the scarborough subway? It seems like every milestone for Eg west is being reached so quickly (TBM tunnel, mined tunnel, and even station excavation)

I think the main idea was that even though we see trains running on the line, it doesn't necessarily mean RSD because apparently the signal system is not allowing the full amount of trains needed

As far as I know they are mostly doing station piling work, which is expected to take about a year. Assuming they must wait for TBM work to finish before starting excavation, then they should be waiting around a year for the TBM to wrap up before excavation can begin.
