Is this funding definitive, as in Sheridan should get the money regardless of who takes power in the coming election or is it contingent on the Liberals being re-elected? If it's the latter, then I think it's good that the funding announcement came so soon.

I do concur. The mechanical vents can clearly be seen, but there also seems to be a window located in the area that was circled in my previous post. Of course one would hope for a closer look further confirm this.

I think his basis for that might have something to do with the area circled in this photo.
