Pictures taken March 23rd 2024. All the pipe fittings are gone, pretty sure water-mains have been replaced. Construction site has retreated back from Queensway to the building site. No excavation has started just yet.- James Brock

Hmm, 138 spots for 210 Tenants, down from ~195 spots. I don't think the parking sold well. Mattamy was asking 70K for a spot with another $840 a year in maintenance fees. 😳- James Brock
