    Toronto Coach Terminal Redevelopment | 147.7m | 44s | Kilmer + Tricon | Studio Gang + a—A

Speaking of the 'bus bays' which in a form, are staying as the new paramedic/EMS facility...... We have contract news: https://www.toronto.ca/legdocs/mmis/2025/gg/bgrd/backgroundfile-260453.pdf From the above: More at the link above....

    GTHA Transit Fare Integration

As I said it would, some months back: https://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threads/gtha-transit-fare-integration.20248/post-2256535 Unfortunate that none of the enhancements they were looking at are moving forward at this point, that means they will likely be deferred to at least 2027. But not...

    Parks - new & revitalized

@DSCToronto this stage of the process/report is new, but the idea is not. We discussed it previously in the Humber Gap Trail since the two plans overlap. https://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threads/mid-humber-gap-trail-study-city-of-toronto.32411/page-3#post-2162389

Downtown Grocery Store List (current + proposed)

I'm up that early, but posting on UT and doing the NYT Crosword, and catching up on email, and having my very needed coffee. Out the door is more 10'ish. Farm Boy certainly isn't 'cheap' but its not luxury pricing either. As with any chain, it depends on what you're looking for... For FB...

    Toronto Bike Share

I agree w/all of the above. But would add that some of the areas I noted are rather conspicuous and seemingly arbitrary holes in the network coverage. Equally, some areas like East York which are close to the core and have high potential seem to have very little added depth.

    Toronto Bike Share

    None that I'm aware of.......

    Toronto Bike Share

Lets see if I can enlarge the Bikeshare Future Stations a bit: A couple of sections stand out for relative lack of proposed installations: Next to nothing for Wexford and eastern portions of North York between Eglinton and 401. Etobicoke mostly ignored: Nothing new along Queensway in...

Downtown Grocery Store List (current + proposed)

In the course of my Lakeside walk ....where I did not encounter @GameOnBrad even once....... I also checked out the Farm Boy in Sugar Wharf again....... Based on the traffic I observed on a Saturday afternoon this store must be awash in red ink. They're part of Empire who can underwrite...

Downtown Grocery Store List (current + proposed)

Popped in to the new Marche Leos today; more staff than customers......dead quiet. I don't want to think about how many perishibles will be binned this week. **** On the store itself, its not quite done. The pharmacy section is still under construction, and Prepared Foods is not fully...

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

LOL, I could say the same to you, I had the renders in my post, when your post went live. I deleted them.

    Toronto 405 Sherbourne | 120.1m | 35s | TCHC | Alison Brooks

Lets consult the Arch Drawings: Across the top: Side Panel: No Planning Letter; but abbreviated version within Cover Letter. CL refers to both firms without distinguishing roles. **** I will say, the design language reads more Brooks to me; but a_A have been known to surprise from...

^^^ There are actually a few good ideas in The Star's 30 runner ups: https://www.thestar.com/opinion/star-columnists/here-are-some-more-very-good-ideas-from-star-readers-to-make-toronto-better/article_45dada1b-0226-499c-a43a-0d252ce25963.html Notable: Banning on-street parking and Banning...

    Mayor Olivia Chow's Toronto

The Star is has been running a 'one great idea' series eliciting opinions on how to improve Toronto. Regrettably, the 20 picked by Star editors as worthy of further consideration are mostly dumb beyond words...

    Mayor Olivia Chow's Toronto

Possible, certainly anything new takes getting used to for some. But I favour the 24-clock as well, because it avoids any AM/PM confusion. It should be said, in a City with multitudes of immigrants, many come from places where the 24-h clock is in more common usage. Germany, Italy, France...

    TTC: Other Items (catch all)

I assume you meant to attach an image? I'm thinking....this: (which is in Pape Station) Source: Credit: Reddit member Lelac In the above thread....another poster provides the explanation: This would apply at Osgoode as well.

    229-241Consumer Rd (Diamond, ?s, ?)

Correct, it does not: The Parcel in blue is what lines up with the address in question on that side of the street. The balance of the parking carries a different address.

    Metrolinx: Other Items (catch all)

@Paclo This doesn't have anything to do with Metrolinx, can we shift this to the Montreal Transit thread? Thanks.
