I agree w/all of the above. But would add that some of the areas I noted are rather conspicuous and seemingly arbitrary holes in the network coverage. Equally, some areas like East York which are close to the core and have high potential seem to have very little added depth.

Correct, it does not: The Parcel in blue is what lines up with the address in question on that side of the street. The balance of the parking carries a different address.
