We have tried so many things, I wish somebody had a solu

I would not bet on it. They are buying time. I was told we will all be notified by April 25. I have a feeling we will all get notified on last day and after that another long out process

Anybody accepting their offers? According to Meg at KSV those that did accept offers are getting meetings to move forward, what a slow process. They only have till April 25. Brace yourselves folks just 2more months

Another week gone by….no email, no mail. Anybody get notices this week?

If they do they better brace themselves…round 2 will be another nightmare. Can people post when they receive their notices, seems hardly anybody has yet Meg says several sent out already and they dont want to handle peoples responses and paperwork all at once…what a crock. They just dont want to...

According to Meg at KSV they have until April 25 to send out all the e mails…after that they still need to return to court…we are not getting our money for a while yet folks

So bottom line……another decision dragged out……we will be lucky to het $$ this year

Can somebody post an updated name and phone # to start bombarding fhem with phonecalls. This is ridiculous seeing they were told in October to return deposits. If we dont bet interest from Vandyk we should get it from October till the day we get our deposits back

At their mercy is correct, I must wondered if anybody has asked for legal advice somebody has to get these people going

Has anybody reached out to their lawyer to discuss delays in deposit being returned? If so, any advice. KSV is not returning e mails, phone calls….even delayed in e mails, phonecalls and deposits

Anybody receive e mails this week? No response coming through is not a good sign. Delaying as much as possible

Well they can release a new batch anytime soon…..this could drag on for months

Buying time as they dont know what the hell they are doing, they will hold out as long as they can. Give us closure for God sakes

Absolute joke, still buying time on their end. Everybody needs to start calling non stop
