No, that would be set by new developer. In 2017 maintenance fees were to start at $100 month was what we were told. This new developer took on project knowing they would not make money just to get their reputation out there. Never heard of them, Elm Developers.

Get your lawyer to look at it. If I read properly we were to get our deposits back within 10 days after their letter was received…..this is why you need a lawyer to look into all this and interest on our $$$$

Getting confusing now. If we have to file a claim through Tarion I cant see getting deposits back in 10 days. KSV certainly know how to play their cards right. They knew after court date last year what was coming and will drag out till April 25

Their meaning of in due course means a long time. For those that chose not to accept the amendment will be taken care of last. Ksv needs to return to court so who knows when they get a court date thennnn Tarion comes into play where we need to apply through them for our deposits to be returned...

I call bull on 60% accepting. Who wants to wait over 7 years to hear we are suppose to get our deposits back and then they want to gibe more miney and wait another 2 years….WHO would do that? Once you send your decision back to KSV they are making us wait till all the people who accepted are...
