I don't get the lack of parking argument. It looks like each unit gets a garage and a driveway. The site plan literally shows cars in driveways and there are additional visitors spaces, all away from Drewry Avenue itself.

I'm with you, @A Torontonian Now. Bloor West Village definitely doesn't have a shortage of medical offices as it stands. I suspect they wanted more large-format retail here given the number of parking spaces in the development, but with the delays with the project, couldn't firm something up...

Walked by today and there is signage on the hoarding advertising retail space available with this website: www.bijoucommercial.ca. Looks like it'll be medical office space and smaller retail at grade in this location.

Don't forget the cookie cutter cannabis store with window film to cut off all integration between the retail space and street life.

My jaw dropped when I saw this rendering. Just absolutely beautiful. The Baby Point BIA interestingly posted about this (as Batay-Csorba is based in Baby Point) and they're saying it's at grade retail.
