I think you guys are overreacting...the finishes really aren't all that bad compared to other newish condos. Yes the granite colour is dated but granite backsplashes, wall ovens, panelled dishwashers and panelled fridges are not.

Sugar Beach turned out amazing and I'm sure the Bayside expansion will as well. Such a shame that the area feels so isolated. I really wish there was a lakeside path connecting to Pier 27.

The text is part of the art installation. I personally find it powerful and it's probably more meaningful to the general public that casually walk by this space.

I'm definitely a fan of the stencilled text. I rather large pronounced text than messages hidden behind a mural. The waves look rather weak.

Aside from the terrible cladding, the different sized windows really kill this thing for me.

Convenience store and 501 streetcar outside your doorstep. A closer grocery store would rock....Sobeys up the street on Queensway is the closest.

Saw the lights tonight and thought it was awesome. I'm really looking forward to the final product. In my opinion, Aura is looking better and better each month.

This project has/had quite a few reasonably priced larger units. Part of the move would require the realization that you don’t need a four bedroom house for two people.
