The building is 98% leased and the first tenants move in July 1st according to the link below. There are some tidbits about Allied's other projects as well:

Apologies if this is old news now, but has anyone heard anything about Eataly opening 75,000 sq ft in Manulife? Matt Slutsky of BBH mentioned it about a month ago. Others have heard this rumour as well.
The project will be called The Lighthouse, launching this Fall. There's a couple renders floating around twitter (spoiler alert: looks like a TIFF Bell Lightbox).

In all seriousness though, all these Yonge St area (including Church and Bay) proposals have sold incredibly well.
The sales for this condo have been great. They want to finish the office on time though, since they have tenants lined up, whereas the condo can be delayed without any recourse.

I don't think it'll be a WF (I bet the WF website is out of date) , but very possible some type of grocery could go in. Regarding hotel, if it's possible, I'm guessing it'd be in the phase north of this site. Kinda like the reverse of what happened with the Thompson - first a hotel/condo, then a...
