Well, it's a little grey hat, I suppose it's inocuous enough.

I think so. ^ Though it's an odd contrast to the BORG Corporate complex next door. (TAS)

I feel a little sick hearing that announcement myself 🤢 I'm so glad the construction on this corner is done. (well, barring any incoming TTC/Hydro work)

    Toronto Missoni Sky | 188m | 68s | Amexon | Core Architects

Is anyone else confusing the name with something along the lines of 'Missouri Sky' ? I'm not sure what to make if this proposal until we have more detailed submission notes for the 68 floor version of this, but I enjoy the podium massing here, more consistent forms are good fir building streetwall.

I agree, especially if there's conflicts between neighbours regarding pets, smoking, loud activities.children which can make patios less appealing for any number of activities. It's a shame that road is still happening on this development...it's mind-boggling-ly stupid to have that roadway...

Someone will make the connection, that's all I'll leave it to. I totally forgot this developer is also working extensively in the Distillery District.

You mean Blu.... No no, that's too NSFW for this site. To make a founded, rational point, I will say I enjoy the massing of this project, and its relstionship to it's heritage component. It's respectful of it, with an in kind podium design that nods in some terms to the historic property...

I just passed by it on the bus (same vantage point) and I'm encouraged by the cladding so far. That being said, I await the cladding on the Bayview elevation, which should be quite interesting.

    Toronto One Delisle | 155m | 44s | Slate | Studio Gang

This is the Quantom Condos of Yonge and St. Clair (though it's only a single tower, but with a design language with very loose similarities)

    Toronto 160 Front West | 239.87m | 46s | Cadillac Fairview | AS + GG

From Friday. I like the way the RBC building here seems to hug by this building from this vantage on John, it reminds me of a family photo of bank buildings.

    Toronto Artistry Condos | 112.35m | 32s | Tribute | Graziani + Corazza

Yesterday. It's looking REALLY GOOD, but maybe that's because I keep forgetting this building has a podium. Because you know, its REALLY worthwhile to look at the articulation of the ground level treatment as it meets to the tower floorplates: SL
