    My god...that last shot really blows me away. I recall taking some photos of The Selby when it was getting close to topping out, and finding it fascinating how these older, abandoned homes served as a compelling contrast to new construction multifamily homes.

    It was borderline dangerous prepandemic, and now it's really a nightmare to cross IMO. There's no real sense of order when no crossing guards are present.
