Saw this in a recent pic, and noticed it today when I was on Adelaide. Not sure if this has come up before, but looks like they are testing a reclad for at least one of the other buildings in the complex.
Bit confused over these latest comments. Nordstrom only holds the lower part of the building, therefore ending the cladding makes sense. Why "brand" the space above where the store does not hold the lease?
The LCBO and all other retail at Yonge/Wellesley are closed. LCBO says "closed for renovations". Wonder if they are expanding into the other units. This location desperately needed a reno.
I find it interesting if you look in the last picture that CIBC and BMO are major financers, and yet RBC will be at street level. Yikes, maybe we'll get three banks in the retail. Ha
