    Toronto The One | 308.6m | 85s | Tridel | Foster + Partners

Well, I will start analyzing this by evaluating how far this project's progress is. Right now, the core is about 262 metres. Here are a few photos from this morning:

I think what you meant to say was whether the Pemberton has reached ground level or not. I did not check that site specifically that morning, but I think the underground garage is almost done and they should be pouring the ground level soon. Photos of 11 YV from this morning:

From this morning; based on the pit next to the machine, it looks like they might set up a crane soon:

As can be seen in previous posts, they have installed scaffolding for eventually pouring the third floor on the King Street side; here are photos from last night:

Here is the CreateTO property in question: https://urbantoronto.ca/database/projects/toronto-coach-terminal-redevelopment.52926 @rdaner this site is indeed 100-122 Dundas Street West.

    Toronto Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 2) | 283.6m | 85s | Menkes | a—A

From what I have previously read in this thread, this seems like a relatively rare case when urban fanatics approved of the scale reduction, because it would make Pinnacle One Yonge more prominent in the skyline. From this?

Assuming this is a realistic proposal (which does not seem very likely), this would be the tallest in Durham Region.

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

Considering the vast power disparity between the municipal and provincial level that is allowing this to happen, it probably would make sense to sacrifice the Bloor West lanes for the University lanes, even though it would be less than ideal. That being said, as users have pointed out, the...

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

Given the lanes on Danforth were installed during COVID, I would assume he wants to target those as well. The study @txlseries4 linked to above is also quoted in this article: https://www.cbc.ca/news/science/bike-lanes-impacts-1.7358319 The article says that for the roughly 3.65 km stretch...

    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

Update: Premier Ford confirmed he wants to get rid of bike lanes along Bloor, University, and Yonge. https://globalnews.ca/news/10825146/toronto-bike-lane-removal-plan-doug-ford/ I guess he was not aware that work is still underway on the east side of University Avenue, for bike lanes and...
