Actually this is Concord Cityplace's second delay for Neo. Tentative accupancy was originally set for June '07.

According to Concord Cityplace occupancy at Neo is going to be delayed as late as November '08. They said they plan to inform buyers prior to the May tentative occupancy date. Cheers, Danny
