I got the same email, but I hate to disappoint fuzz... the email is for a Final Tentative Occupancy... which someone can correct me, means that date isn't the date of move in but rather they have to set a Firm Occupancy within 120 days of that date. There could be one more delay :(

Im on the 20th floor so slightly halfway through the building.

Just got my notice of tentative occupancy for march 2021. Having gone through this process, I foresee it being postponed again. Anyone else get there notices?

Are you sure about the junction boxes in the bedroom? I went to my design consultation Oct 3rd and specifically asked about lighting and electrical. I was told from my units electrical map, there is a box for lighting in the bedroom. Perhaps we're all getting mixed information. I suppose...

Hi Justken, They did change the balcony structure- mine is the 09 unit and they cut off about 6 feet. Any unit on the south facing wall of the north tower has been altered it seems.

Its confirmed; My balcony was cut short - possibly by 6 ft. If you look at the north tower south facing view the balcony isn't continues as any renderings or signed contract. Which also makes me believe the pre cast bricks will likely stay grey as opposed to red we were all hoping for.

If that"s the case it brings some relief. Thank You!

Anyone else notice on the "north" tower that the south facing wall doesn't have a full continuous balcony as per renderings/model? I'm a bit saddened as I think this affects my unit and its balcony (likely shortened).

looking at MLS and about 45 units are on the market for rent. I guess something to expect with downtown builds.

I haven't, but doesn't it seem to early for assignments seeing as how the building has just reached grade?

Having bought a unit here, there was a meeting for all users by the developer and move-ins should start around Sept/Oct 2018

Sorry Moshi, seeing as how the 'west' tower is roughly 40 floors high you may get a view of the outdoor amenities on the 5th floor at best. Otherwise expect balconies as shown above.
