I went on a Jane's Walk that commented on the site, and the guide stated Lanterra plans to open the area as a temporary park to help with their sales efforts later on this month. I would venture the area will be available for use until the heavy construction begins.

I got a delay letter as well. About a 3 week delay. I wonder when is the first move in dates for the tower is now. I don't think the last quote of end of February is going to happen.

I'm hoping the assignments sell off before the usual large amount of inventory comes out when the building registers and final closes. If the supply is low, prices will probably settle at a high point. The first few sales on MLS will affect the market prices of this building for years to come...
