I assume since the exoskeleton is actually structural, it will be assembled along with the rest of the structural steel? And not with cladding (The Well)? Hope to see it soon.

^Great photo. Am I correct in assuming they are not lighting up the crown anymore. You'd think they would have done it by now.

    Toronto Massey Tower Condos | 206.95m | 60s | MOD Developments | Hariri Pontarini

Thanks to everyone for the photos. I assume those little spacer/bracket things between the panes of podium glass be removed eventually?

I think Im ok with multi colour leds, but only if they are not executed in the same way as Telus Sky in Calgary. These lighting shows are so tacky and obnoxious.

Those are the most convincing photos ive seen. Both the podium and tower portions are reflecting the same grey sky, and they are different.

    Toronto Concord Sky | 299m | 85s | Concord Adex | Kohn Pedersen Fox

Wait, what? Concord is taking this over? Uh-oh. Hopefully they treat this like their Toronto flagship, and take some pride in the finished product. Similar to Tridel with 10 York.

My request for a TLDR type explanation was because I dont have time to sift through 30 pages to find the pertinent info. I appreciate your answer. Thank you

More specifically contractor incompetence / violations etc.

    Toronto The One | 328.4m | 91s | Mizrahi Developments | Foster + Partners

So the TL;DR of this is that the stop work order was because of lack of permits, and not because of incompetence?

Its crazy - the south and east faces actually look quite good in those photos. Why the h would they choose 2 different types of cladding that clash so badly?

Yes, you can see the transition just above the podium. From the database
