That’s weird. Most buildings under construction do NOT skip floor numbers on their construction elevators. Even when they later do on their permanent elevators. Also, as far as I know most OFFICE buildings in Toronto don’t skip floor numbers even when they’re done and occupied.

So the next mechanical levels will be 77/78? It will be interesting to see The One from the Danforth as it rises above 1BE. It will look like an extension of 1 BE, although with very different aesthetic.
