    Toronto Aqualuna at Bayside | 61.87m | 18s | Tridel | 3XN

I was just trying to understand your POV. This response really reminds me why I took a break from this forum for a few years.

    Toronto Aqualuna at Bayside | 61.87m | 18s | Tridel | 3XN

Thanks for clarifying, but how does this comment connect to rich people with multiple properties? "Cuz the moment I see bikes and rusting bbq’s from Canadian Tire in those balconies…." Just trying to understand your point. You do know that most will likely be full-time residents with only a...

    Toronto Aqualuna at Bayside | 61.87m | 18s | Tridel | 3XN

I find this comment a bit confusing and somewhat offensive, as it seems to assume that anyone who isn’t a “rich minimalist” lacks taste or doesn’t respect their space. There have been no clutter issues at Aqualina, Aquavista, or Aquabella—all of which have clear glass balconies (and include...

    Toronto The Goode Condos | 111.4m | 33s | Graywood | a—A

I really hope they're planning on closing down the surface parking lot when this new community starts moving in. It looks like this might happen from the initial renders?

Time and Space Condos (Pemberton) - Real Estate -

I have friends dealing with similar issues, as are most of the residents from what I hear. My friend showed me their Facebook page and FB chat threads, it's insane how bad the building is in its construction quality and customer care. The fact that it's also one condo corporation, for 1,600+...

I heard they are now closing Spring 2025.

Monde Condominiums (Great Gulf Homes) - Real Estate -

Monde might have started occupancy in 2018 but it was officially registered in 2019. Management can help you with proof of registration or you can look it up online :)

    Toronto Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 2) | 283.6m | 85s | Menkes | a—A

I'm going to wait until these are further down the road to judge. Initially, I wasn't a fan of phase 1, but my mind changed and think these are one of the most striking towers to meet the skyline (esp. from the island). Fingers crossed for a lovely surprise in 2-3 years.

    Toronto Forma | 308m | 84s | Great Gulf | Gehry Partners

Sorry if that's how you interpreted my thoughts, but that definitely wasn't the point I was making. I think we should move on from this.

I am simply speaking from my own experiences and trying to show an angle from another perspective. In the end of the day, if someone doesn’t like the minimal and small kitchens offered here, they’re not being forced to buy here.

    Toronto 55C: 55 Charles Condos | 167m | 50s | MOD Developments | a—A

Materials and general design look very promising.

    Toronto Time and Space Condos | 101.8m | 29s | Pemberton | Wallman Architects

I totally agree with all your points, but the issue I see isn't just about cheap materials, it's how they chose to execute them. The overall design could have been so much better, all without spending an extra dollar. There are hundreds of cheaper projects, but they've at least been thoughtful...

    Toronto Time and Space Condos | 101.8m | 29s | Pemberton | Wallman Architects

IMO, this is in the top 10 worst buildings that has graced our skyline in the last 5+ years, so, it is fair to speculate that the level of care the developer had for the exterior, will likely reflect to the interior. If I was a betting person, I'd def put all my money on this development as...

    Toronto Forma | 308m | 84s | Great Gulf | Gehry Partners

I would cook every night with my partner and had a kitchen with a similar scale. And yes, I had guests and hosted get togethers. I had no issues. Were there times I had to be creative? 100%, but that creativity didn't extend to forcing me to only eat takeout. North America's obsession with...

    Toronto Forma | 308m | 84s | Great Gulf | Gehry Partners

Really? Everyone is being so dramatic. The kitchen are totally workable. There's everything you need to cook a nice meal. I've lived in smaller. The interior spaces look stunning and the building is beautiful. I'd rather a small kitchen in an incredible building vs. a large kitchen in a...

    Toronto T3 Bayside | 42m | 10s | Hines | 3XN

R6 is a city project for affordable rentals, it's isn't part of the Hines components. It's not been even submitted to city planning so I assume it's years away from seeing anything materialize.

There are far more disadvantages than advantages for spandrel. More so when you look at the longevity and maintenance of each. It’s just too bad this is one of the worst example of Spandrel in the city today.

    Toronto Time and Space Condos | 101.8m | 29s | Pemberton | Wallman Architects

From what I’ve seen the finishes and layouts are nothing to brag about.
