    You're right. The temporary opening in the Bay Concourse is only open during the morning and afternoon rush, Monday to Friday. In between those hours, they block it off. It was agreed upon with the TTC, GO and the City as not to create pinch points in the AM and PM.

    Bay Concourse Link WAS supposed to close sometime next week.. It has been postponed until the new year to not coincide with other upcoming projects.

    Don't know if anyone else has noticed, but at the North and South ends of the York Concourse, they've taken down some of the hoarding that was once covering both of the escalators. I'll take some snaps of it shortly.
