It just looks messy and unsophisticated IMO.

Anyone know what's going on with the park that's planned at the south end of the site? Pretty much the only thing I'm looking forward to with this development.

Quite the change! Again I ask myself, what are the odds of it actually looking like that when all is said and done?

Condos on the other hand skip floor numbers all the time. I can't tell you how many I've been in where the number thirteen or any number with a four are skipped.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Phase 2 should have been at least 30-35m taller. It would have created a nice visual contrast between the two phases and stand out more in the skyline. What we're getting is still a gorgeous addition to the city nonetheless.

Meh. I find other than height there's nothing really special about these towers. Plus the maple leaf motif looks unflattering from a distance. They do help to anchor the western skyline as viewed from the harbour/islands though. It would be nice if the top levels were illuminated at night.

Certainly better than what's directly across the street.

Were you up at 360? I went there for my 13th birthday and it was a spectacular experience.

Steel should top out before the end of the year at this rate. Glazing will probably be completed by next Spring at the latest.
