Lots and lots of workers at the top today.

Another floor pour today:

From today. They poured concrete in the corners below and it looks to be ready for another floor pour soon.

The weather wasn't too favorable for these guys today:

On Friday, they poured the columns. These photos are from yesterday (Saturday). The workers were putting orange tarps on top of the columns. I notice that there is some form work going on lower down in the corners, where the diagonal beams are.

Another floor pour today:

Not much happening at the top today, except for putting down some tarp.

It must be hard working in this unpredictable weather. We may see a floor pour tomorrow or the next day.. Check out the "lit-up" buildings along Humber Shores. Sadly, I'll soon be losing that view :(

From shoveling snow yesterday to completing the placing of the floor forms and some rebar today

Some progress today but the wind made it difficult to place the boards where they needed to go. The workers finished early as a result.

Columns and walls getting poured today:

First floor pour of 2024 happened today. They also installed more of the diagonal beams at the corners.:

From today. They installed the angled corner beams at the S/E corner of the building. I also noticed that the heritage house is now exposed, so, looks like some good progress today. I believe it's ready for another floor pour tomorrow.

It appears we might be getting the sidewalk back again in the near future.

A little more clean-up work happening today. It was interesting to watch them strap all of the remaining cable spools to have the crane lift them all at once. I was a bit concerned they would damage the small column the reels banged into as they were being hoisted.

There's a little bit of work going on today. The crane is moving around the spools of cable. Happy New Year to all!

Most likely. Not much happening at the top today either.

Confirmed! The crane grew a couple sections taller this morning. It won't be long before the cab is at my eye level.
