On Friday, they poured the columns. These photos are from yesterday (Saturday). The workers were putting orange tarps on top of the columns. I notice that there is some form work going on lower down in the corners, where the diagonal beams are.
It must be hard working in this unpredictable weather. We may see a floor pour tomorrow or the next day.. Check out the "lit-up" buildings along Humber Shores. Sadly, I'll soon be losing that view :(
From today. They installed the angled corner beams at the S/E corner of the building. I also noticed that the heritage house is now exposed, so, looks like some good progress today. I believe it's ready for another floor pour tomorrow.
A little more clean-up work happening today. It was interesting to watch them strap all of the remaining cable spools to have the crane lift them all at once. I was a bit concerned they would damage the small column the reels banged into as they were being hoisted.
