L'Jardin. Probably a couple of decades before its time. Excited for this one, but ya those anticipated price points I am sure will put a dinner for two in the $250 range.

Some pretty awesome outfitting for the CaioBella restaurant
Maybe Blanchard could be paired with Stinson, sad that he controls some key building and sites that have nothing going on for decades. Purely posters.
Spallacci at least has built a number of successful projects. I am no fanboy but at least check out their completed projects...
I hope you don't want to group these two together, Stinson has repeatedly shown over the last decade that most of his projects are just a bit too ambitious or are stuck in financial gymnastics.
101 Locke was one of the nicest builds, would love to see dozens of these, so Spallacci can do nice things, maybe their focus is now all on Scenic. Just saying before, they pulled of Phase 1 and 2 well before anyone else even conducted a soil test.
This build, Emblem, and maybe even Lamb's build must have every other venture that doesn't have a shovel in the ground just stopped in their tracks. Incredible how the backers of Royal Canaught squandered their first mover advantage.
Well since we are speculating, maybe a Wayne Gretzky's. All that space on the north east end could make it two levels with access to the plaza level. They better have a killer line up of ongoing concerts and such, a large restaurant venue is going need a mountain of traffic.

Trying to compare build speed with 75 James South. They look like they were ready to go upwards in Aug/September 2022 (sure it took a month or two to get to ground level).
Honestly, retail will come when there are enough residents to drive demand of all sorts of uses. There is enough existing vacant retail space to be filled up with shops of all sizes, and even some spaces that could be converted to more residential (I am looking at you Jackson Square, well at...
I will be first to admit that I am among those most skeptical that anything of substance would ever be built in the north east quadrant of downtown, especially out as far as Wilson and Hughson. My entire life that has been nothing but surface parking lots (and now one sad park). Can't wait to...
