I’m looking forward to using it, even though I’m not a fitness freak... I was thinking perhaps the space was to accommodate fitness classes? Also the water fountain didn’t appear to be working ? Very barren and not at all a welcoming space. God only knows what the billiards & cars room are going...

Outside/inside unit door , appalling condition. Framing , appalling. Damage/chips inside bedroom doors. Entire unit needs repainting. Wasn’t cleaned. Felt like still under construction . Inside tiles covered in cement and chipped. No proper calking throughout. Glass panel missing from balcony...

Very disappointed with the quality of workmanship inside unit at the point of Delivery inspection!!!
