That is good news if all the move-ins are completed by the end of September. Your lawyer should be able to give you the approximate amount of your rent payment and make sure you allocate future funds for tax payments because once the City bills you, you will owe the amount fairly quickly.

My date in September said it was the final occupancy date and to pack my bags.

I am on the 9th floor so hopefully the remaining floors will be completed shortly after and the building will be registered in a timely manner.

I attended the meeting at St. Andrew's Church for this new development back in March. The architects were there also - RAW Design. The meeting was well attended and it looks like a very good project. They said they expected to launch sale this fall.

I doubt the land was all that expensive compared to other locations. There were three empty stores for years. So much has changed on Kingston Road from Victoria Park to Midland. A welcome change.
