The same stance from the builder stands since I mentioned the status last time after contacting the builder myself. It appears that with the 'unavoidable delay' notice sent out, the builder isn't necessarily obligated to post a new occupancy date until further notice. I'm betting my buck...

Yesterday:

I called the builder myself and was told of that ‘rough’ projection. Aug/Sep is 99.9% A no-go.

Called them myself - likely delayed again. They project either end of this year or early next year.

I hope this would be the case for the phase 2 building. Looking forward to my PDI as well.

Not looking for one as it is a part of my purchase price; I was asking out of curiosity. Was purely guessing which was quite off.

Curious to know as well; im guessing avg to deviate around 150 a month. Did you buy a spot?

Clearly the details of sales for phase 1 are different from that of phase 2. As for mine - I needed both, but was only able to commit to a parking spot; was told that lockers would become available at a later time for a purchase, which is the exact reason why ACC1073 was asking the very question.

I recognize that particular floorplan. Nice to see the actual photos of the suite; real nice choices on upgrades as well. I can't wait until my PDI on phase 2 - SE corner unit as well.
