I lived in a new Freed condo which was absolutely awful and YET I really like the look of this building. Will I ever learn?

For a new building? It's high but not unprecedentedly high. 108 Peter was up around 100/696 for awhile but has fallen to 67. To me, they are both indicative of buildings where the majority of units are owned by disinterested off-site investors and occupied by an assortment of transients and...

    Toronto Bellwoods House | 45.5m | 13s | Republic | Arcadis

This building is way, way, way, way, way too stout. How many units per floor? 30? That said, those East-facing units are going to have great views of the skyline, at least until Bellwoods House 2.0 gets built beside it.

Is king and bathurst going to feel like yonge and eglinton where it felt like they were digging to the centre of the earth for the last decade?

Fire damage concealed by the orange tarp now. I really like the bronze cladding.

It occurred the evening of December 21. You can find some footage if you search for Bathurst Stewart Toronto Fire on Twitter. The smoke was quite powerful at the time and I smelled it from my balcony a couple blocks away.

As a fellow dog owner who lives near the Well, how do you accomplish this?

Noticing the fire damage in your second pic. I had a pretty good view of that event from my balcony. Does that greatly impact construction at this stage?
