Has anybody else had difficulty plugging three prong plugs into outlets in the kitchen? It's the weirdest thing. We can plug a two prong plug in, but the plugs seem to have a guard in then that completely prevents a three prong plug from being inserted.

That's what I thought too. My current building has hot water running all the time so it's immediate. With that kind of system, it should not make a difference if you run the water for 10 minutes or 30 minutes, it should be that there either is a hot water loop or there isn't. Running water...

Thanks for the info Wolf. If it takes the building to fill up before it works then it may be a while. Even 10 days seems like a long time to have no hot water but I suspect it will be even longer at the L tower.
