Toronto Union Subway Station: Second Platform and Concourse Improvements | ?m | ?s | TTC | IBI Group

Stairs were open this morning. Will certainly help the traffic flow which gets clogged up horribly at the current doors, especially on poor weather days.

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

FWIW a couple of weeks ago all my Lakeshore trips had a new trainee "customer service ambassador" on them working with the regular one. So looked to me like they're training a bunch of new people.

    Toronto L-Tower | 204.82m | 58s | Cityzen | Daniel Libeskind

Hope this isn't a silly question but are the left and right sides of the tower symmetric? I'm having a tough time figuring out the geometry of the peak.

    Baby, we got a bubble!?

When listed my place last year, it showed up within 24 hours after I filled out the form with my agent. Once it was sold, it was removed within 24 hours. While searching for places, I found most sold properties were removed promptly as well.

GO Transit: Service thread (including extensions)

Frankly, 150 sounds pretty good. I used to commute (briefly) from Waterloo to downtown Toronto (GO bus to Milton, GO train to Union). On the 5:25am bus from UW, I was usually the only person getting on. By the time the bus got to Milton, on average, I'd say there were maybe 5-7 people...

I think 64k is a fairly decent number, considering there was little financial incentive to upgrade. I'd wager most daily commuters use a monthly pass/10 rides, so no money saved. Some time savings of not having to line up each month, but that's probably negated by uncertainty on how the card...

    Metrolinx: Presto Fare Card

I was told by a bus driver it was happening on Monday as well. I frequently do the UW -> Union commute (although not for long) so I'll see how it goes. I also have a default trip set, hope there's an override button on the bus equipment!
