Phase 2 - should extend the line up Pape to Flammington Park, make a connection to the GO at Ellesmere and continue to STC. Thus the $3.9 billion one-stop subway express project can be cancelled, and STC will still be serviced by a Subway.

As someone who has taken the UP express... I'm impressed with the service. You could add one more stop at Mount Dennis... and that won't add that much time more to the 25 minute train ride as the train actually accelerates fairly quickly. Adding one more stop will just mean a little less idle...
