I pass by these units every day and I haven't seen any progress since Jan, any word on what's up? I noticed the raw wood material throughout the winter... Does that affect the integrity of the material over time, considering it's been exposed for almost 5 months now.

Other than the recladding of the subway level walls and the revamp of the bus bay concrete steps, does anyone know what's up at kipling station? Lots of boarded up sections on the bus level.

Does anyone know what happened at woodbine centre? It was my childhood mall and I decided to go there a few days ago to check out how it's changed... I noticed a half finished building ( Apparently a grocery store ), and a huge amount of strange furniture lining the hallways including bistro...

My friends side mirror was stolen off his car while he was parked in visitor and security did not follow up with my report, so I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't tagging cars for violating the rules. I've seen some cars with a thick layer of dust taking up valuable visitor spots.

Hello from 5 Valhalla! Bought my unit 2 years ago and really enjoy it here. One of my issues is the shuttle in the morning, there simply isn't enough room now, did anyone receive that survey by chance?

Thanks for the update Drum, I can take a few photos from my location to get a better look at the construction ( from a birds eye ). I do see shale where the basement of the previous building had been.

Just noticed the demolition. Really hoping my view isn't going to suffer ( currently facing southwest in a corner unit ). Searched around for permits but nothing came up except for the demo.
