Well they did technically renovate woodbine a few years ago with the most disgusting tile layout I've ever seen, not to mention the weird geometric vinyl wraps.

Looks like a temporary sales centre.

I remember from the planning community documents that the owner of that plaza ( I think smart centres ) Was very against the Costco development.

There are a bunch of those stores now, one that took over the old Sears, One at the old Zellers, and one in the new area they built ( with all the glass panels facing the apartment buildings next door ).

I think a no frills or other food chain would better serve the community rather than a Zellers, to be honest. Unless they're planning to sell groceries.

Funny because there was a zellers there way back in the day.
