I don't know, I am always under the impression that the sales people may not be entirely well-versed in the structural components of a building. They appear to be more knowledgeable with respect to finishes of suites, ceiling heights, etc... They're currently working on the foundation :(

Question? When you purchase pre-construction, is there any way to find out whether the walls in between suites will be concrete or drywall?

aquadream, welcome to the forum! Does anyone know if they always advertised free upgrades to SS appliances and granite countertops? Will all three phases have the same quality finishes, or does it change from one building to another or even from one floor to another? Sorry for the many...

Crane is on site for phase one, phase two is all dug up. I think/hope they'll start digging pretty soon for the last phase.

I agree with Mike, there is no need to update the rendering once the building is sold out, it's a waste of money. I would rather see the approved exterior elevation drawings!

Question? What would've happened to those who purchased before the re-launch? I guess they would get their full deposit back....but would they get the option of picking a unit before the public does?
