That's 530 Yonge St., correct? I believe it was sold to Kingsett in 2015 Q3 http://www.avisonyoung.com/fileDownloader.php?file=files/content-files/Offices/Toronto-HQ/Research/2015/GTAInvestmentReviewQ32015.pdf *on that note, Kingsett also bought Panasonic Theatre at Yonge and St.Mary in Q4...

"Classy" Chinese food - does it exist?

From personal experience, in term of interior decor and atmosphere, I enjoyed Dragon Legend/Dragon Pearl. But their food presentation is mediocre (well it's a buffet..) Back in Shanghai, People 7 is a Taiwan/Shanghai fusion restaurant that's really popular hangout place for young people, and I...

    Toronto One Bloor East | 257.24m | 76s | Great Gulf | Hariri Pontarini

While Rack may not be the best choice, I wouldn't go as far as calling it sad. The Globe mentions that Rack generates higher sales per sqft than the full-price store, unsurprisingly. Considering the rent along this particular stretch of Bloor street (avg. $325 per sqft annually as per study by...

Thanks AG. And yeah the podium leaves much to be desired, both in its design and the amount of street level set back. Here's hoping that they will use quality material at least. I do appreciate that they didn't put balconies on the lower level of the tower facing Yonge St.
