Putting a big sports bar/restaurant literally steps away from Real Sports is an interesting choice. I wonder how MLSE feels about that.

So much for the dream of Loblaws moving across the street. Will this be in addition to the Farm Boy at Queen's Quay Terminal, or are they getting rid of that one? It's less than a 15-minute walk between the two locations.

Not that soon. The connection first needs to pass through Phase 3 of One Yonge before it can get to Sky Tower, and that won't be under construction for quite a while. See here for a bit of discussion on this.
