That is what people are trying to sell MLS units on assignment. I think it is a tad too high. With the amount of units coming to the market all at once as soon as it registers I think 600 psf is more realistic. Still it was a great investment.

I believe it is on mls from what I remember. It faces the soon to be developed parking lot (bye bye view). It is also not the penthouse but a floor or two below. But that doesn't sound as sexy!

that's an interesting point simuls. I myself have no issue with most realtors even the inexperienced ones. The only ones who annoy me are those that constantly attach theiir educational credentials with their name. Like I'm John Smith, MBA.

yes the assignments are asking crazy prices. someone is selling a 700sqft condo that is a one bedroom but he has put a wall up to create a second bedroom. its at Casa and he is asking for $510,000 which is over 700/sq ft.

I assume that's a reference to Alberta. Alberta has a huge amount of oil revenues but the province itself is run much better than Ontario IMHO. It's a different mentality out west, not for everyone though.

Yes that's what I heard too. Plus 10 foot ceilings I believe from 27th floor up. Seems like it was focused on the end user rather than investor. I know a lot of investors who bought at Casa but none bought at BSN.

absolutely agree. I have no idea where this creepy or weirdo feeling is coming from. Whenever I go there I see numerous young couples and many attractive (that is not the point I know :) ) As to your choice, I agree with comments above. I find King West much more upscale but am a bit worried...
