    Toronto Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 1) | 231m | 70s | Menkes | a—A

Woah! Floating chairs! When did Toronto install that sculpture?!

Part of one of the three cranes (I believe) for this development fell onto Bathurst during today's storm. No one was hurt thankfully and I don't believe any of the progress was damaged. I also inserted a picture of the building so far, but a crane piece in the bus lane is something you don't see...

    Toronto Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 1) | 231m | 70s | Menkes | a—A

I actually think it's the opposite. As it grows, the white and lighter greys overtake the darker tones, making the buildings appear as they are becoming part of the sky. Or at least that is my hypothesis

Detroit is a lot closer to Toronto than I realized 😲😂

But like what if it just doesn't... Wouldn't that be dandy?

    Toronto Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 2) | 299m | 90s | Menkes | a—A

The only thing I took from that video is that I've been pronouncing Menkes wrong the whole time. I thought it was more "Men-keys" not "Men-kiss". Woops!

    Vaughan CG Tower | 188.97m | 60s | Cortel Group | BDP Quadrangle

Rebar on the south side of the site is peeking above grade, while the north side seems to be 2 levels below that. The park on the north end of the site seems to have not been touched for months, which is expected as they appear to be using it for storage. Hopefully this eventual tallest tower in...

    Vaughan Transit City Condos: TC4 & TC5 | 174.34m | 50s | SmartCentres | Diamond Schmitt

Very active site today in the frigid temps. Kudos to the worker bees. TC 4+5 progressing quickly, TC6(?) starting to gain height. Looking forward to more cladding going up on TC4 to start being able to better see the staircase effect.

From a very cold afternoon today. These really are great buildings. Surrounding area will hopefully be more lively in a few years.

    Vaughan Transit City Condos: TC4 & TC5 | 174.34m | 50s | SmartCentres | Diamond Schmitt

Elevated walkway installed between TC4 and 5. Glazing also extends the whole height of the podium for both. TC6 (or whatever it's called) is further behind. Sorry for the bad picture. I'm sure @Edward Skira will share better ones in the coming days!

    Mississauga M1 & M2 at M City | 197.81m | 60s | Rogers Real Estate | Core Architects

The white siding on the podium between the two buildings is giving me really bland American Dream Mall in New Jersey vibes

Driving south on Jane, having TC5 and the Met hugging the road looks very downtown-y as you approach it

    Toronto Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Ya, last time I was down there, late November 2020, it was at ~27 floors. So about 40 floors in the last 10 months. Pretty good

My guess, and it's just a guess, is that they go in order, either right to left or vice versa, and sometimes panels are damaged so they can't complete the row
