I disagree. Priority should be finish the cladding first, then fix the lights. I can tolerate a building with light features not working, but I can't tolerate a building with sprandel panel missing all over the facades. This thing looks unfinished and it's a shame in the middle of downtown.

They should be forced to finish to clad the damn thing, instead to be allowed to erect more signs.

But is it not true that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder"? So, if someone have different opinion than yours = lack of knowledge, doesn't understand architectural beauty. Since when opinion on architectural issues must be objective? It doesn't matter who has more "eye", since you are judging...

BSN is awful for you. I think sometimes you should put a "IMHO" at the end of your sentence. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but I guess you need to revise your values scale ;) Maybe you should try to visit some other country, then you'll get a whole new perception of the word awful, that...

I think it looks good, too! And with people will looks even better! But UT is the place where people tend to judge buildings not even completed, so... what did you expected? :p
