    Toronto River City Condos Phases 1 & 2 | ?m | 16s | Urban Capital | ZAS Architects

No need to go that far away, there's a prime example of "un-conservative" design in Mississauga.

They look more like red to me :p Btw, at first I was skeptical about the cladding on this one, but I got to say it's turning better than expected, plus the sprandel doesn't look too cheap. The combination of dark brown brick+red accents makes a nice contrast with the upper portion.

I guess it's incomplete because contractors are still working on it. Next time look up on google and try to get a grasp about what the "3rd world" definition really means. This is what an incomplete building from a 3d world country looks like (it's also a vertical slum, though). source

    Toronto TeaHouse 501 Yonge Condominiums | 170.98m | 52s | Lanterra | a—A

I don't like the solution for the top of the shorter tower, it seems to me a pretty cheap way to terminate a building. Also, I'm a sucker for bricks buildings but thOse balconies look unrelated with the rest of the external finishes, the combination of "sprandel/glass + few bricks" is a...

^ Doesn't take away the fact that aA is populating downtown with copy-pasta developments. Murano, Burano, Casa, Casa 2, Casa 3, U Condos, 1Thousand Bay, Peter St Condos, 501 Condos, Karma... I personally don't have any issue with aA, they are good for small-medium sized projects, I just found...
