The removal of the white border strips from the renders is unfortunate. That being said, even tho I think many will disagree… I don’t think this is turning out too too bad. Yes I know its spandrel heavy. But in fact I think it looks like a solid clean infill looking from afar. Like the balcony...

I do like these towers a lot! They definitely add to the skyline. Tho I wish we didn’t have to lose the two historic buildings on the base. Would be nice if they were restored to their original brick and incorporated into the design. I think it would add a lot of character to the area

Doesn’t the building on the right in the background appear to be leaning? Or is it just this photo angle making it look that way?

Is there no effort to retain and renovate the two heritage structures on the corner of the site?
